This position provides secretarial and clerical support to Central Access Center and the Department of Allergy and Immunology.
Accurate and proficient scheduling of patient appointments
Monitor patient schedules for providers and ensure that schedule changes are processed accurately and expediently with minimal impact to patients
Processing and tracking of associate/physician reimbursements
Manage and maintain leaders' calendars
Travel arrangements when necessary
Order, stock, and monitor cost of supplies
Assist with creating agendas and meeting minutes
Place work orders when appropriate
Assist with daily reports and delivery
Manage utilization of Access conference and training rooms
Participate and plan for daily huddles
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication
Advanced knowledge of Outlook
Intermediate excel skills
Strong computer skills- navigation, and data entry
Attention to detail and extremely organized
EPIC experience preferred
High School Diploma required
Associates degree preferred
At least three years in a secretarial role supporting multiple people required.
