Riveredge Hospital is currently hiring for a Full Time Educator/Administrative Milieu Coordinator (AMC). Functions independently to collaborate, assess, identify and meet educational needs of RIVEREDGE Hospital staff to maintain and improve competence in their defined roles and provide opportunity for staff fulfillment of regulatory agency requirements. Responsible for the design and implementation of effective educational programs through application of adult learning principles. Responsible for various educational courses including CPR, CPI and New Employee Orientation. As the Administrative Milieu Coordinator (AMC), the primary function will be to assist staff with patient care interventions, including but not limited to early patient and milieu de-escalation, responding to codes, mentoring staff in the handling of patients, and ensuring the behavior motivation plan in implemented consistently using age specific guidelines.
