The Division of Orthopedic Surgery at The Baylor Scott and White Roney Bone and Joint Institute is seeking a full-time BE/BC Orthopedic Oncology Surgeon to join an outstanding orthopedic surgery program at our rapidly growing Orthopedics practice in Temple, TX.
The Baylor Scott & White Roney Bone and Joint Institute’s orthopedic oncology team and Temple’s Sarcoma Services diagnose and treat cancers and benign conditions of the bone, cartilage and soft tissues in patients of all ages. Our comprehensive, multidisciplinary sarcoma services include providers in all major disciplines including musculoskeletal oncology, surgical oncology, pathology, medical oncology, pediatric oncology, pediatric surgery, radiation oncology, musculoskeletal radiology, and genetics, among other supporting service lines.
-Orthopedic Oncology fellowship training is preferred.
-Level 1 Trauma Call coverage is shared amongst the department.
-Experience in process improvement is beneficial.
-CJR/Bundled Payment knowledge is a plus.
-Interest in training residents is required.
