Memorial Transplant Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. Memorial Transplant Institute is a growing UNOS-approved program rated 1 in Florida for kidney outcomes for 1-year survival. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of exceptional providers to guide patients through every facet of transplant care. Responsibilities will include coverage of inpatient services for the kidney-pancreas program, management of kidney and pancreas transplant recipients, and end-stage renal disease patients.
